THE CASTELLO & VILLAGE - PLEASE BE SENSITIVE
You are in a magical old structure that dates back to more than 1000 years. We are very grateful that you are bringing life and energy to this place, however please be aware that the whole village and especially the castello is to be treated with attention and sensitivity. Some of the most beautiful elements are delicate and fragile. And we also kindly ask for your understanding if some functionalities are not running perfectly like in a modern hotel.

WORK & CONNECTIVITY

> Workshop equipment: Approach us for Flipcharts, Whiteboards, Screens, post-its and similar
> One comment about post-its: please do not stick them to the walls. You might tear down paint that is over 500 years old.
> Printer: you'll find a self-serve printer in Stanza Cauda room
> Please make sure you leave the coworking spaces and workshop rooms tidy 

ACCESS & SECURITY
> Parking: you can park your car freely anywhere around the village
> Taxi drop-off and pick-up point: The parking lot between the Trattoria and the Church
> The door code of the big red entrance gate: 456
> The village is generally a safe place, however it is an open space and everyone can enter. We take no responsibility for your valuables.

FOOD & DRINKS
> Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are served in the Trattoria. For timing, please look at the schedule of the retreat you are attending.
> Coffee, tea and snacks - you'll find them either in your workshop room or in a central place in the village
> During mealtimes you can also get espresso and cappuccino at the Trattoria
> You can get your drinks and softdrinks in the trattoria. If several groups are present in the village, make sure to mention the name of your group when ordering drinks.
> Self-serve fridge for drinks and softdrinks. Please make sure to only use the fridge that is assigned to your group.
> Please bring back all used cups, glasses or bottles back to the Trattoria or the snack station
> The tap water is high-quality and drinkable

NIGHT TIME AND PARTIES
> During night time feel free to spontaneously gather and celebrate in the Lower Courtyard and the Trattoria. Other areas shall be avoided to not disturb inhabitants and other guests.
> From 0:30 in the morning, we ask you to please respect the sleep of your colleagues or other guests and nearby residents and to turn off all music devices and be quiet.
> Bigger parties with music and dancing beyond 0:30 need to be pre-arranged and happen in designated areas

CHECK-OUT
> Check-out time is 11am. Your rooms should be cleared by then, but you are welcome to stay on the campus for longer if no other big events are starting to happen
> Please leave the key to your room in the door lock
> We're happy to arrange cabs for you, please approach us at least 24 hours before check-out. We are in the countryside and cabs are not always easily available at short notice.
