Our Why - The retreat location
Get lost in this beautiful maze, stretching over an historic castello and village with more than 1000 years of history. Our Why is to help remote teams and organizations hosting great retreats for reconnecting as humans. We believe teams can be most trustful, creative and productive by together experiencing a powerful place full of community and surrounded by nature.
Be inspired by one of Europe's most stunning locations for retreats and offsites. We have a lot of space for hosting purposeful company retreats and leadership retreats, team workations for scaleup companies and network events for the innovation ecosystem.

Coworking and workshops
Get stuff done here during your company offsite or event. There are several coworking spaces for open use on the site with a fast internet connection. Expand your team's vision while working in unusual historical rooms with a stunning view, surrounded by nature. The space allows for networking opportunities between colleagues who haven't seen each other for a while as well as for focused work sessions.
We have various beautiful workshop rooms and conference halls for sessions like strategy planing, design sprints, training/coaching, etc. Group sizes from 6 up to 200 people can be accomodated in our rooms. Beautiful settings with an interplay between main halls and several breakout rooms can be created. All the technical equipment needed for running professional workshops and conferences is provided.
Sleeping & eating
The village can accomodate up to 200 people. Big teams rent the village exclusively - smaller teams use it together with other teams as a big campus. There is plenty of space to accomodate various events at the same time without much interference and making everyone feel at home.
Your people will sleep in rooms that feel like a crossover between a lovely countryside hotel and Harry Potter's Hogwarts. Our rooms are all classy-beautiful and also charmingly imperfect here and there. The place was shaped by hundreds of years of history and we are contributing with the touch of our time.
We offer three delicious meals per day prepared by the village‘s unique and charming Trattoria. The food provided is mostly vegetarian.
Fun and play - so much else to do!
If you don't feel like creating a working retreat for the whole time - there are plenty of activities for having a good time together. In the mornings, everyone is free to take part in Yoga classes or running groups into the hills. Spend some time together at the pool. Organize a little party. Sit around the bonfire. Take a course in pasta making with our chef. Bring everyone to the local wine or chocolate producer for a tasting. Go on a guided bike tour. And if you are even more curious, you have one of Italy's most beautiful regions at the doorstep to discover. Go hiking in the spectacular piedmontese Alps or check out the culural centers of Turin and Milan.
About us
We are an entrepreneurial team passionate about the future of collaboration. After extensive experiences with building companies ourselves and familiar with the challenges of bonding in remote environments, we decided to create a space in nature that is just perfetct for company retreats and team offsites as well as all kinds of other transformative gatherings.
Luca Garrone and his family have invested many years and incredible passion to restore the castello and village. In the late 1980s, they were inspired by the energy of this place and began with the work of bringing back life to this unique campus-like structure. The work of Luca is still ongoing and thanks to these efforts, innovative teams from all over the world are today able to come here and reconnect in nature, surrounded by over 1000 years of history brought back to life.

PACKAGES
Prices are starting at 150 € per night. We serve three beautiful meals a day and provide coffee/tea and snacks. The use of the coworking spaces as well as an optional program of fitness and activities are part of the package. We also offer bigger packages with great teambuilding activities.

WHEN TO COME
We are open all year long and every season has it's charms up here in the hills. High season is in the summer and you get the full Italy feeling. Spring and fall are particularly beautiful in the region and our personal favorite times. Also winter is very atmospheric, the sky is clearest and you have wonderful views of the Alps. Plus we have a lot of beautiful fireplaces that are only lit in the winter :)
People mostly arrive on the weekend for getting cozy with the place. We are then starting into the week together on Monday.
PLANNING PROCESS
Taking a big group of people on a retreat is a real investment of time and ressources. We know the challenges and have many best practices to help design your retreat on all levels:

TRAVEL
Our village is located in the center of Europe and very well reachable. It is a 35 min drive to Torino and 70 min to Milano. The closest train station is Chivasso.
